Jewellery retailer wants someone to hunt out antique bargains at markets across UK. Antiques retailer AC Silver listed the vacancy in a quest to find its very own 'pro magpie'. It is after someone with a passion for antiques, silverware and jewellery, as well as a deep understanding of what makes an item valuable, Mirror Online reports. The successful applicant must be an expert haggler, able to knock items down to the lowest possible price. The brand says it's 'looking for the next David Dickinson', and would like the candidate to start as soon as possible, just in time for the summer period — when car boot sales are at their busiest.

Members of the public interested in applying for the position must send in their CVs via the AC Silver website here. Andrew Campbell, founder of AC Silver, said: "As time progresses, increasing amounts of items become antiques, items people have in their homes continue to appreciate in value — even if they are unaware.
